01Who we are

Arcies Digital (“Arcies”, “we”, “us”) is a digital studio offering websites, branding, content, marketing and AI services. This policy explains what we collect when you use arciesdigital.com, why, and the choices you have.

02What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to add: company, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.

Messages to us. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media, we receive what you send and the details that service shares with us, such as your name or phone number.

AI assistant conversations. If you chat with the assistant on our site, your messages are processed to generate replies. If you choose to share contact details in the chat, we may use them to follow up.

Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts and media may log standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and provide services you ask for.
• To keep a simple record of enquiries so nothing is missed.
• To improve our website, services and AI assistant.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Google Workspace (email and Google Sheets), where enquiries are stored.
• Our web host, which serves this website.
• AI providers that process assistant conversations to generate replies.
• WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us there.
• Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.

We may also disclose information if required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside your country; we choose reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

05Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, for example which pages are popular and which countries visitors come from. Analytics only runs if you click “Allow” on our cookie notice, and IP addresses are anonymised.

Your browser also stores your cookie choice and small settings needed for the site to work. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any period required for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@arciesdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

08Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
